The man behind the manual

In his own words
I served, and then I left, and the thing nobody puts in the resettlement pack is that the hardest fight starts after the handshake. I've watched the drift take men I served with — capable men — not in one dramatic collapse but by degrees: the standard slipping, the phone going quiet, the mission replaced by a job, and the job by nothing much. I've built businesses for more than twenty years since, led teams under pressure, and faced my own version of that drift. I coach from lived experience — not from a textbook.
I've put over £200,000 of my own money into training with the world's leading coaches and performance psychologists. Not to collect certificates — because I refuse to guess with other men's lives. That investment exists so you don't have to make it: everything in the programme was tested on me first, stripped of the theatre, and written down in plain orders.
The Next Mission is the manual I wish someone had handed me with my discharge papers. If you're looking for someone to motivate you with platitudes, I'm the wrong coach. If you're ready to work to a standard again, alongside men who'll hold you to it — read on.
The mission changed. The standard didn't.
One line, repeated verbatim on every surface — and three principles the manual runs on.
