ABT-01 / THE ORGANISATION

The organisation behind the manual

NextMission is a British outfit with one job: get veterans across the gap between service and civilian life — with a mission, a section, and a standard. One manual, one community, one coached cohort. No services, no sympathy, no theatre.

ABT-03 / THE FIRST NAME ON THE ROLL

The first name on the roll is the founder's. NextMission asks nobody to do what he didn't do first.

Chris did his time in uniform, handed his kit back, and walked into the same quiet most veterans walk into. The paperwork calls it resettlement. What it actually was: the mission gone, the section scattered, and a standard carried for years with nowhere left to point. Nobody re-issued any of it. He drifted — not off a cliff, by degrees. The capability was all still there. It had just lost its orders.

So he went and got the orders back: nine years building businesses and coaching, teams led under real pressure, and a six-figure sum of his own into the best coaching and performance training he could find — the figure's on the record above, and it went there because NextMission refuses to guess with other people's lives. What changed wasn't a transformation. It was a change of state: a mission again, a standard again, and people around him who'd hold the line. The Next Mission is that, written down as plain orders — the manual he wishes someone had handed him with his discharge papers.

ABT-04 / WHY HE BUILT IT

From the founder — in his own words

I served, and then I left, and the thing nobody puts in the resettlement pack is that the hardest fight starts after the handshake. I've watched the drift take men I served with — capable men — not in one dramatic collapse but by degrees: the standard slipping, the phone going quiet, the mission replaced by a job, and the job by nothing much. I've built businesses in the nine years since, led teams under pressure, and faced my own version of that drift. I coach from lived experience — not from a textbook.

I've put over £200,000 of my own money into training with the world's leading coaches and performance psychologists. Not to collect certificates — because I refuse to guess with other people's lives. That investment exists so you don't have to make it: everything in the programme was tested on me first, stripped of the theatre, and written down in plain orders.

The Next Mission is the manual I wish someone had handed me with my discharge papers. If you're looking for someone to motivate you with platitudes, I'm the wrong coach. If you're ready to work to a standard again, alongside people who'll hold you to it — read on.

Away from the manual, I coach business owners and leaders at chrisfrost.coach — same person, same standards, civilian ground.

ABT-05 / THE DOCTRINE

The mission changed. The standard didn't.

One line, repeated verbatim on every surface — and three principles the manual runs on.

PRINCIPLE 01 Progress, not feelings The debrief measures what moved, not how the week felt.
PRINCIPLE 02 Led, not lectured Calls are working sessions run by someone who has done it — never seminars.
PRINCIPLE 03 Finishers lead the next class Graduates take sections in the following intake. The net strengthens itself.
ABT-06 / THE STANDARD

The same person the service built — now on civilian ground, and the standards are still yours.

ABT-07 / MAKE CONTACT

Start with a call

Twenty minutes, straight questions both ways. Nobody out here is going to order you to do this — that's rather the point. If the programme isn't for you, Chris will say so on the call.

NOTE — CREDENTIALS, STATED PLAINLY

Chris has invested over £200,000 in his own development — trained in the rooms of the world's leading coaches and performance psychologists — on top of his service and nine years building and coaching since. Any mentor who trained him does not endorse The Next Mission; naming one implies no affiliation. The facts are ours; the mark is nobody else's.
