Terms
EFFECTIVE 11 JULY 2026 · PLAIN ENGLISH · ENGLAND & WALES
These terms are written to be read, not to hide behind. If anything here surprises you on a briefing call, say so — the terms should match what you were told, and if they don't, that's our fault to fix.
1 / WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITHThe seller
This site and its programmes are operated by NextMission — the trading name of Chris Frost, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@nextmission.co.uk, or the form on the Join page.
2 / WHAT'S ON OFFERThe three routes
- The Manual (FM-01) — £47 one-off. The complete Next Mission field manual as digital content: 9 domains, 12 weekly missions, scorecards, AAR templates, drill index.
- The Brotherhood (NET-39) — £20/month subscription. The members' community: accountability channels, two group calls a month, the full manual and future volumes. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid month, no partial-month refunds.
- The 90-Day Cohort (TNM-90) — £599, paid in full before day one; or reserve your place with a £222 deposit and two further monthly payments of £222 (£666 in total), all cleared before the class starts. The manual run as a live 90-day class of no more than 20: weekly group calls, section and oppo pairing, three months of Brotherhood included, £20/month after. Entry is by briefing call — we accept applications, not just payments, and we'll tell you on the call if we think it isn't for you.
How payment currently works: automated checkout is not yet live. Every purchase is arranged directly with Chris after you use the form — you'll get the exact price above, confirmation of what you're buying, and a payment link or invoice. No payment is taken through this website itself.
3 / YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELThe legal minimum
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund:
- Manual: the 14-day right applies unless you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that downloading it waives the right — you'll be asked this explicitly at purchase, never defaulted.
- Brotherhood and Cohort: the 14-day right applies. If you ask to start inside the 14 days, a cancellation refund deducts a proportionate amount for what's already been delivered.
Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
4 / THE GUARANTEEDay-30, work-verified — cohort only
On top of the legal minimum: complete the first 30 days of the cohort — every drill, every SITREP — and if it isn't worth the money, say so at your Day-30 review and your fee is returned in full: the £599 paid in full, or every instalment you've paid on the plan. The condition is the work, verified by your section. That is the whole document; there is no small print.
5 / WHAT THIS ISN'TScope of the programme
The Next Mission is general education and peer accountability. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice, and it does not replace any of those. Nothing in the manual or on a call is a recommendation to buy any financial product. If you need clinical support, get it — the programme works alongside professional care, never instead of it. Crisis numbers are in the footer of every page.
6 / THE STANDARDConduct
The community runs on the standard the manual sets: turn up, do the work, respect the people beside you. What's shared inside the net stays inside the net. Conduct that endangers or degrades other members gets one warning, or none if it's serious — removal for serious misconduct forfeits the current month's subscription but any untaken future months are refunded.
7 / WHOSE WORK IT ISIntellectual property
The manual, the programme materials, and everything on this site are © Chris Frost. Your purchase is a licence for your own personal use — read it, print it, mark it up, run it. It is not a licence to republish, resell, or teach it as your own.
8 / THE HARD LINESLiability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, liability under these terms is limited to the amount you've paid. The programme demands effort and honesty; what you build with it is yours, and so are the decisions you take along the way.
9 / HOUSEKEEPINGLaw and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts (or your home courts where consumer law gives you that right). If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date; changes don't apply retroactively to anything you've already bought.
