Contents of record

FRONTWelcome & Operating Instructions — the decision, the oppo, the Day-0 Readiness Assessment, and the Battle Rhythm (BR.1–BR.5), defined once.
CH01Health — energy is the budget every other domain spends from. The 10-Day Fuel Reset, the Cold Finish, sleep to standard.
CH02Mission & Goals — no written order, no mission. The 90-Day Mission Order: Target, Why, Battle Plan — plus identity statements.
CH03Unlocking Potential — the Three Levers (body, focus, language) and the 30-day Retraining Loop against one named pattern.
CH04Financial Command — know your monthly number. Chokehold audit, automation, the two-plan strategy. Education, not advice.
CH05Leadership — rank is gone, influence is not. Service actions, modelling first, state control before you open your mouth.
CH06Relationships — isolation is the quiet killer of veteran transitions. The relationship audit, three calls to men you served with, presence blocks.
CH07Happiness — lost significance is the root wound of transition. Root-cause work, environment audit, the 20-day no-anger log.
CH08Thriving in Chaos — civilians improvise; warriors prepare. The personal pre-mortem, the contingency binder, reserves.
CH09Legacy — the Legacy Letter, the veteran one tour behind you, and the section-commander decision.
AAR90Day-90 Final AAR & Next-Mission Planning — scorecard, delta review, debrief of record, the next Mission Order.
APP A–FDrill index · scorecard sheets · weekly AAR template · commitment log · veteran resources · sources & attributions.

EXCERPT — CH01 / HEALTH

The aim here is not the beach. It is operational readiness: steady energy through the day, a body that does what you tell it, sleep that actually repairs, and the ability to change your own state on demand instead of being run by it.

CH01.D2 — Cold Finish · Task
End your daily shower with 2 minutes of fully cold water. No easing in, no cutting it short.
Condition
Ordinary shower. Timer running where you can see it.
Standard
10 consecutive days logged. The rep counts when the timer hits 2:00, not when it feels like it.

Be clear about what this drill is. It will not fix anything medical and it is not magic. Its value is that it is unpleasant, voluntary, brief, and scheduled: ten straight days of doing an uncomfortable thing on command, when nobody would know if you skipped it. That is discomfort training. The transfer — to hard phone calls, hard conversations, hard mornings — is the point.

Section continues inside the manual.

NOTE — THE COHORT CURRICULUM

This manual is the curriculum of the 90-day cohort — the class runs it week for week, gate for gate. Men joining TNM-90 get the manual included; buy it here only if you're running the 90 on your own recognisance.

FM-05 / THE DECISION

Do it all, or don't start

The manual's own instruction, page one: skimming it will do nothing for you. Thirty-five minutes a day, ninety days, one oppo who sees your log. If you're in, it's £47.
